Years at this apartment: 1999 - 2001
The management doesn't care about the tennants. If there is a problem they brush it off with "Well you signed a lease". The complex needs handicapped access which they refuse to add and the city of fremont isn't making them correct it. They are prejudice against black people. On my way to work I slipped and fell down the stairs and injured my knees, I called the office and told them I had fell because the stairs were slippery and they did nothing but a white woman just slipped but didn't fall and they put stairgrips where she stayed in 15 minutes. Don't live there, if you fall they'll walk by you leave you on your own.
