Four major concerns to consider:
1) Noise: There is alot of noise here from the trains, construction, children, people.
2) Staff: They are such jerks, it is unbelievable. They have no interest in helping, rather, the manager is more interested in flirting with the maintenance boy and looking 'good' than helping you.
3) Property: The place is not as well kept and maintained as it once was.
4) Must get renter's insurance or no dice on a lease.
