Years at this apartment: 2004 - 2005
 
i moved in last year and for the price i pay for not having central air-heat AND a rude selfish and borderline sexual harrasser that i have seen myself from the manager it is not worth it.
the only good-bad thing is that it is close to bart, but it is close to bart so one hears the trains.
