Terrible rude & low intelligence management. New Manager is worst than last. Noise from BART expected, but constant yelling kids is terrible. Bills for trash/water/sewer are highway robbery & include their overuse of sprinklers.

Was a small premium for a somewhat larger apartment than most in Fremont, but then lease renewal is a big increase or the hassle of moving.

Water pressure is often poor.

Several times a year they enter during the day for "inspections".

Cars have been broken into (not mine). Apartments next door are welfare type. Gate from lot into BART often broken or unlocked = heavy low life walk throughs. BART lot overcrowding takes away visitor parking spots & sometimes even reserved spots.

Worst part is all the kids that scream at the top of their lungs.
