I have been in this apartment for over 8 months and had a torrid time of life. BART was the only convenience I had.

The below are few of my unpleasant experiences
Apartment property is not secured and so, it is an extension of BART parking
Apartments are very old all the appliances have exceeded its expectancy life like washer leakage, dish washer getting broken, etc.
Worst of all, the toilets get jammed very frequently (2 or 3 maintenance requests for a month) Bear in mind, toilet jams are not high priority for two-bedroom apartments. I hated this most and my kids shouted yucky smell!!!
My sons bike got stolen from the front door
Usually, people come for unnecessary donations and it is not a pleasant experience saying NO to them. I had some bad experiences around that.
Once I saw a man in the trash container when I went for throwing my trash I got real scared

Not fair to leave with negative comments few good things
Good pool, gym and party area for the apartments
Closest apartment to BART

Overall, I felt the bad experiences outweighed the good ones. This is definitely NOT a LUXURY place to live as the apartment owners claim it to be.

My advice there are other better places like Avalon, Alborada, etc.
