Beware the high car break-in incidents!!

Years at this apartment: 2005 - 2006
Just in the last week, 2 car break-ins happened in this place. Security patrol does NOTHING. Leasing office is least concerned about this problem, and at most, they put the statistics in their flyer.
Don't move in here if you care about your cars, seriously. Especially if you have good stereo systems in them.
Remember, right next to this place is a bad locality, and there are NO GATES!
Plus points, however, are: good floorplans, great pool area, very quiet.
Other things of concern: high water and electricity bills, bad water pressure in the showers, somewhat congested parking spaces in the covered parking - which means a crappy parking job by your neighbor will hit you hard.
Appliances ARE OLD!! Rents are high, NOT a luxury place, believe me!
