i have lived here for 6 months and let me write it has not been a pleasure!
location is excellent, however there is no where to park. bart riders invade our spaces and notify management and they say "cant do anything" yes you can!!!!!!!! TOW THE CARS THAT DO NOT BELONG ON THE PROPERTY.
the price we pay for no central air/heat is absurd. as the staff wrote on the last comment yes go buy a house, would prometheus be happy to hear your say/write such things. remember we pay your salary.
i have gone into the office to ask about parking/my car vandalized/rent increase and floks the people in the office have about as much common sence and customer service skills as a snail stuck to an icey sidewalk!
i will not renew and i will let everyone know my and others opinions to the apartments here and how they are being run.
take my advice and run.

I find it amusing that this person did not check the towing laws before getting riled up about management's refusal to tow. There is a law in California that prohibits owners of private property to tow without 72-hours notice. Yes, I believe the management must be aware of this law.
