I have lived in this complex for a year, and saying there is no parking is just false: I never had trouble parking (we have 2 cars, one is allotted a carport, but the other needs to be parked in the first come, first serve open parking spaces), I encountered very few BART violations, and when we have friends visiting (often) nobody has ever found it hard to park. It is a real convenient location, exactly 5 minutes from when I walk out of my door to when I climb the BART escalator, but it??s a regular place with regular problems: for example, management is somewhat slow, especially in returning calls, however maintenance is always prompt (I have always had same day service). There are a lot of kids in the complex, which makes late afternoons somewhat noisy- but they're children, and they play outside- it's fine. The noise problem I have been having is with the lady who lives downstairs from us, who keeps the master bathroom fan on at EVERY HOUR OF THE DAY. When we complained with management, they said they can't do anything about it, and I doubt it, but in any case, it's a great place in a great location, but it's not too good to be true. There are some downsides, like the satellite system dispute going on right now- old management was not very clear on guidelines, and now they want tenants to pay for their own lack of communication. It's for sure not worse than any other place where I lived- I still have to find the dream management!!
On another note, when posting fake reviews, make sure you spell check- rent here is high enough that almost every single tenant is a professional, and I like to believe all the money we spent on education were not completely wasted??
Oh, and we're renewing our lease: they quoted us a rent increase of 6%, which we deemed acceptable, and we're going to stay for another year.
