Watermark Place Rental Condos

BART does not let you sleep well. From: FedupWIthCA Date posted: 6/27/2008 Years at this apartment: 2007 - 2008   I have lived in this apartment. Rent is too high. The only plus point to be in this apartment is it is in good school district.So if you dont have kids you dont have to think about this apartment. Closeness to BART is not a plus point because BART is not running only 12 to 4 in the night. This is only time you can sleep well.The loud sound of of BART is unbearable. Your sleep is all disturbed. The apartment is renovated only from outside(I lived in one of those renovated once.) The inner appliances / kitchen sink etc is pretty old style. It is very hard to keep those kitches sinks clean. The kitchen storage is very good though.
