Good Apartments, Rude Management

The only Plus to this community is the access to BART. But they charge a huge premium for the "Plus". Management is very rude. The property manager/asst. manager are very friendly till you sign the lease. Once you are in the lease, they treat you like hell.
Despite the Economic downturn, these people hike the rent after the lease expiry.
Shop around the area, you will find better apartments for lesser price.
Watermark - Why do think "offering large incentives to get new tenants" is better ' Why do you "raise the rent on lease expiry and drive the current tenants away"'' Consider the economic times and look around what other communities in the area are charging/reducing !!
