My husband & I along with our 1 year old lived here at watermark! We loved it! Don't know why there are bad reviews! Annette, natasha & julio are very helpful & so sweet to us. I will miss watermark for this reason! It was our first time renting & I expected it to be challenging but this was not the case. On one and only one occasion our sink drain disposal was not working. Maintenance came that SAME day & fixed it up quickly! Wow! Excellent! Don't listen to these bad reviews! Most of them are old & if people are complaining of the price then live in a cheaper apt complex! You get what you pay for with watermark. A nice pool, gym and hassle free living. Our parking was right by the steps we lived on the third floor, biggest 1 bedroom floorplan. The 963sq ft one I believe. It was no problem fitting our family in there & being next to the street we barely heard Bart or cars go by! Such a safe place. Plus Fremont cops drive by on the regular. Watermark is awesome. Come see for yourself. And talk with annette she's super kind hearted!

My husband and I and our baby loves it here but we have to leave due to economic reasons.We live in a 2 Bedroom-2 Bath Apt Unit and so far, we are still liking it.Maintenace people are super cool and will respond immediately.Natasha and Annette and the other staff are friendly and professional.You will always get bad reviews no matter what coz you really cannot please everyone.I wish we could stay for another lease term but unfortunately, we can't due to economic reasons.They always have gatherings like karaoke and BBQ. =] We are very impressed with the leadership of Natasha and Prometheus.Some people are just born complainers!

Annette is the only professional and friendly staff. She should be manager and Natasha and Julio should be fired. I think if you stay long enough you will have problems, but as soon as my lease is up I'm moving

You obviously didnt pay your rent or had a fight with the management about something, to say such cruel things about people is ridiculous.. WOW.
