I am not a complainer- you need to know the truth. I am an honest law abiding great tenant. I always pay rent on time and I am digusted by how ----- and ------- treat their tenants. I pay almost 2,000 for a 2bd and 2ba 1107sq apartment. Watermark is a beautiful place (they keep the place very clean and it's quiet) but sadly the management makes it a terrible place to live. Please don't rent here. The ------- ------- is unprofessional and ----- the leasing specialist talks down to woman and is a lair. I don't know what type of business they are running here, ----- needs to be trained on how to talk to people without the male- ego. Both ------- and ----- should be fired then maybe Watermark could keep their tenants. Beware of Management if you move here- they will make up anything to get more money out of you. Don't believe the good reviews- I bet that is management trying to up their ratings. I was warned about managment before I moved here but I did not listen. They tried to intimidate me with treats. But I am not going to be bullied and it's really a shame that they treat people this way.
