Rats!!!!!!!! From: -Anonymous- Date posted: 10/9/2006 Years at this apartment: 2004 - 2006 1 response   This is an okay place to live. There are a few homeless peopole that linger around the area, but overall it is okay. The only problem I encountered was a rat that live in my apartment with me. Yikes!!!!! The complex tried setting up traps to get it out but what worked was the posion I personally set out. My son found the rat dead where my water heater is stored. But it was there for months before it was caught. The management was oaky and did what they could to help but I was already uncomfotable living there so I decided to move.
