I just wanted to post a review and hope it is taken to heart. We no longer live at Waterstone, but wanted to share our experience with anyone looking to move to Waterstone. When we first moved there it was a nice community. The elevator, landscaping, and buildings were well maintained. After about a year of living there our air conditioner went out (we were on the top floor). We called maintenance and they fixed it. After the third day, the air conditioner broke again. I think after calling them about 30 or 40 times we gave up and just bought out the hardware stores fan section (it would get about 92 degrees in the summer time). We also noticed in the living room a black spot on the ceiling. When winter came the black spot started leaking and got bigger. We called maintenance about the leak and spot (and this was after they repaired the roofs), and when they came out (this is not a joke) he said "We can come back on Wednesday and paint it for you". We remember being so frustrated that we tried to call corporate office with no answer back to me after numerous messages. Eventually, the leak got so bad it was pouring into the apt one day and was filling up the bucket pretty fast that I called maintenace again and when he came out and took a look at the leak he told me he would be right back. When he came back he actually poked a hole in the ceiling with a screwdriver and gave me a bigger bucket. When we finally were able to move out we had no air conditioner, had a car towed, license plates stolen, car broken into, leaking ceiling and black MOLD about 5 feet x 4 feet growing on the ceiling from the leak. Oh yeah, but we did get the entire deposit back because I took photos of the mold growing on the ceiling.
