Mission Peaks (formerly Red Hawk Ranch) 31% Recommended May 08 2008: I moved in here 7 months ago and am on the 3rd floor facing the SE. We have a panoramic view (unobstructed) of the Mission Peaks and Lake Elizabeth. I work from home so I know there's not much noise, Archstone Fremont (formerly Benton in Fremont) 35% Recommended May 05 2008: Reading some of the past reviews, I don't seem to have any of the issues some of the people complained about. Management Anytime I've had to deal with them, I've found them to be friendly and competent. They'll hold packages for Fremont Glen 52% Recommended May 03 2008: This place was a heaven until the new management took over. I think these people are bunch of pirates trying to make money out of everything. The water/trash/sewage went up from $35 up to $80 for some people. The rental Sun Pointe Village 35% Recommended Apr 28 2008: I've been living there for over 3 years initially in a 1 bedroom now at a 2 bedroom. Everything was fine until they changed the management. Rude people that have nothing to do but find ways to bug residents. It Crossroads Village Apartments 29% Recommended Apr 28 2008: All, For Heaven sake, please dont ever try to get into these apartments. The apartments are very OLD. and the manager MARTY is an arrogant, racist and a -----. She never ever returned any deposit to any of the residents while |
