Great place to live I have lived at Roberts Lane for almost 5 years. There is a feeling of community as soon as you move in. Lots of friendly neighbors, and most of the time you will see kids playing through-out the complex. The 2 bedroom units have very large bedrooms and spacious closets.

Ghost management Mgmt will show you real halloween and scary experiences here with services, money matters. Mgmt don't live upto the commitments. Carpets and interiors, appliances are very old and they don't work efficient and works with 30-40% efficiency.

The worst place so far I been in. Well my pg&e is to high due to dryer/washer been to old and need maintenance, I asked the apartment staff but they want me to pay for cleaning the dryer.
We were out of electricity for around 8 hours last week, and some food spoiled, they refuse to pay

Very over priced and not worth the money This apartment is very overpriced. On average the 2 BR 2 Baths are priced at 1795 Water Garbage which will make it 1900 . Look for better and cheaper apartments in nearby places. The apartment units are nice though but nothing justifies this high cost.
