Gates are closed for safety which is nice for the children that live here. Grounds are kept up, weekly gardners and pest control. Great apartment!! - I lived at Campus Place for 5 years and everything was great. It was so convenient to live so close to Fresno State. It was about a five minute walk so I could get up right before class and head out. The apartment complex also had a pool which my friends and I enjoyed all the time especially because the heat in Fresno is extreme in the summer. Great apartment!! - I lived at Campus Place for 5 years and everything was great. It was so convenient to live so close to Fresno State.
