Overpriced, at least for what they offer... - I like bulldogs, and lived here for some time while going to school. The convenience of a 2 min walk to school is great but it comes with a price. Security is mediocre at best, and there were break ins almost every year. The neighboring complexes are low priced so you do get a run down area feel when you leave.
