I have never had to deal with such an unprofessional team of management. I was an excellent tenant, never loud, very clean, and never complained. Apon moving out, I was forwarded a bill for many things that were incorrect on top of them taking my deposit, they charged me over 1500.00 dollars. It takes them days to respond to maintanance issues. I had flooding in my apartment, mildew, and it took them over a week to fix thier aircondition units in the middle of our heat wave last year. Which broke twice, so it took a total of 3 to 4 weeks to fix and I went without airconditioning in 111 degree heat. Many of the charges are there error and still have not been corrected. Please if you are already a tenant, save every copy and paper that you have signed and save yourself a little trouble. There managment team has been rolling over due to no one wanting to stay and clean up their mess and tenants are paying for there mistakes. Do not move into these apartments!! There is many out there that will not take up your time and cause you as much grief as they have caused me.
