Not a bad place to live. Could be better.

The apartment itself is great.

Good floorplan, roomy, good appliances.

Neighbors are quiet and friendly.

Parking however, can be a problem if you have more than one car.

The grounds are fairly well kept; but garden work is sometimes done too early in the morning (7AM).

It can be quite noisy and irritating.

I've had some problems dealing with the sometimes rude and immature office staff.

They could really use friendlier and more professional employees.
