The complex is overall pretty nice.
I'd recommend a single story unit if availabe.
The ground floor units experience alot of noise from upstairs units.
Exceptionally poor insulation on these units for privacy from neighbors.
The staff is also exceptionally unfriendly and/or helpful.
Seems like there has been past and ongoing legitimate concerns.
Staff has a knee jerk attitude of we are always right before they even hear a request or complaint.

The staff is young,immature and extremely rude!! Surprising for such a nice complex. You would think they would hire more professional people. If you don't have to deal with them, it's a great place to live. Neighbors are quiet and considerate and the grounds are kept very clean.
