Audubon Court

 

Me and my brother are currently living on the first story of our apartment complex.

We have been here 2 months now and cant really complain.

Only draw back is when we moved in we had a mouse living under the bathroom sink.

But within 2 hours someone came with some traps for me to set out and also offered to come and pick them up after! Also we have a strange thing growing under the sink in the kitchen.

I like that I always have a parking spot.

Only once have i had to park farther then 10 feet from my back door.

Its very quiet and whoever lives above us are also very quiet people.

I love my kitchen and i love that the apartment came with a washer and dryer.

The washer doesnt hold a whole lot but it gets the job done nicely.

When we moved in they provided us with brand new paint and carpet.

Im sure getting new carpet is rare though.

The air conditioner and heater works very well.

I only have to turn it on for 10 minutes to heat or cool the whole apartment.

The pool also is very well kept up.

It sure didn't smell or feel like it was a "public" pool at all.

This is my first experience living in a apartment and it feels just like a home.

Also our back yard has plants already planted and a lot of space for chairs.

Overall this apartment is well worth its price compared to what you can get at other apartments here in Fresno.

Its cute, livable, and perfect for someone who just wants some peace and quiet.
