The office staff is very rude. They do not offer much help in solving problems. However, they are ready to charge you for anything that they can. The apartment was not very clean when first rented, but they expected it to be spotless when moving out. The layout sucks. The whole living experience was awful here. You can hear everything happening in surrounding apts because the walls are paper thin. The parking has to be the worst ever!!! Sure you get one reserved spot, but if you have two cars it is a pain to find a free spot. Some people would change their cars around and never give up a free spot...108gentry-jerks-. Cars are always being vandalized. Many broken window throughout the complex. Office solution was to rent a garage for an additional fee which was way too much (ready to charge in an instant). Security is almost nonexistant. This was my worst experience ever in an apartment complex. The only reason I stayed so long was because I was too lazy to look for something else and I didn't want to pack all my stuff. Now I have a much better apartment and can't believe I wasted so much time and money at Bridgewood.
