I've lived in Bridgewood for a little over a year, in 2 separate units. (when my first roommate left me, I relocated to an upgraded unit) The first was on the complete opposite end of the second unit. Sure there are downsides...the train comes by at all hours, fairly often, there's a small parking problem depending on what area of the complex you're in....but I think the good things outweigh the bad. There are no leases, and we can all appreciate the comfort of a month-to-month apartment given the current state of our economy. The rent is cheap compared to most of the places in this area. The area is another plus. It's back off of the main streets in a cute neighborhood, and only a couple blocks from Logan Park. The office staff is very friendly and helpful, there are more than plenty of enough laundry facilities on site, and maintenance responds timely. Overall, I think it is a good package for the price you pay. As for the previous review that was very negative and pointed out the train, you get used to the train, there's always compromise to the place to you pick to live in.
