These apartments are, in my experience, the nicest in Fresno. Not only because the units/grounds are nice, but the area is wonderful. The only problem we've had is with the loud neighbors. I wouldn't want others to think that this is a common problem,though. In fact, we filed one of the first noise complaints since the apts were built!

Aside from our specific neighbors, this place is amazing.
