I currently live here and can't wait to move out. There are no overhead lights/fans in either the living room or bedroom. The first night I had to use the closet light to move about my room. The A/C doesn't cool the bedroom down AT all. There is at least a 10 degree difference in the summer time. I told the maintenance crew and he said that was a common complaint and laughed... It's way over priced and they don't tell you until you signed everything that you pay for the trash and water. The walls are terribly thin. When ever someone gets inside there garage by either the garage door or inside door, I'm awake. It shakes my whole apartment when the garage door opens. The outside parking is absolutely ridiculous. I have about 4 inches on each side of my mirrors when I park my small little Lexus in. SAFETY' No way! My third night I was there someone came into my LOCKED apartment at 2am and turned on my lights and attempted to enter my room. Luckily I was awake and had protection and that lady was out of her mind. She couldn't even speak and had something behind her back. I called the police after she left my apartment after I demanded her to stay while I have the police come. The apartment manager the next day refused to release me from my lease even though they have a 30 day guarantee. They changed the locks and told me have a good day. The pool, spa and fitness room are all so small, if more then 4 people are in any, it gets unconfertable. They have a weekly pest control spray outside but chases all the bugs inside the garages. My PG&E for the summer time is averaging around $120 for a one bedroom. Everything that could leak did. The dishwasher leaked, fridge and toilet.... Just don't move it. WAY over priced for the service and quality.
