For all those that are thinking of moving into this apartment complex, I WISHED SOMEONE TOLD ME this before moving in. I lived here for 10 months because of my contract and I needed a place soon. But the management is unreliable, they promise you things like refering a friend you will get $250 dollars, I had to personally go there for the 10 mths duration and till the end had a hard time from them to get my referral fee.
Second, don't expect to ever see you security deposit, they will cut for everything, I cleaned the apartment from top to botton, wiped the blind, the carpet was perfect, and they still charged for carpet cleaning, cleaning the apartment, and blinds, I never saw any portion of my sucruity deposit. THEY WANT THE APARTMENT WITHOUT THEM HAVING TO DO ANYTHING SO THEY CAN RENT IT OUT TO THE NEXT PERSON. THEY DON"T TAKE INTO ACCOUNT THAT THERE IS NORMAL WEAR AND TEAR.
Third, there is always so much noise, and hardly any parking.
Fourth, they charge extra for water and trash
In conclusion, poor and uptight management. don't pay the rediculous rent for torture.
