If you dont want to enter hell, when you see the El Cazador apartments, run for your life! I had experienced 2 years of hell. They are totally infested with roaches. I had my apartment fumigated 5 times, which I had to do myself because management failed to do so. Within a week the roaches came back. Every time I had opened my door roaches would come running in. The neighbors there are rude and loud. Most of them seem to stay at the apartment complex all day and night, bubbling around starting trouble. Even though a lot of students live there most of the trouble-makers are individuals who dont work or go school. Your will have absolutely no privacy within your home. YOU WILL NOT WANT YOUR CHILDREN TO LIVE THERE. The complex is totally unsafe. I had my car broken into and someone even stold my laundry, even though I locked the laundromat door. Even so, individuals are performing lewd acts in the laundry facilities. Now I have to go away to do laundry. I had informed management about the issues several times. The old management team, when I first moved there, was courteous and pleasant. The current manager is phony, unpleasant and she does not seem to care a hoot about resident satisfaction. The clean cut grass, the freshly pruned trees, and the smile on the manager's face is all a facade. Run!
