Fort Washington II Apartments

Decent Complex, Convenient Location From: -Anonymous- Date posted: 12/15/2007 Years at this apartment: 2003 - 2007   I must say that I'm surprised at the current rating of this place. I had lived at this place for several years and have not had any major problems while living there. As far as apartments go, this place is pretty decent and average. I have really liked being able to walk to the supermarkets, the River Park Shopping Center, and Woodward Park from here, so location-wise it's great. Also, maintenance has always been very responsive and timely to service requests and have never entered my apartment without advance notice. The only really bad thing that has happened to me while here was my car was broken into a year or two ago. There is no gated entry into the parking area, but I have noticed that security has been stepped up recently, with cars and staff regularly partolling the area. Overall, I would definitely recommend this complex.
