I have been living at Ft. Washington Apts for a little over a year now and I love the location because it's right around the corner from the River Park Shopping Center. The landscape is well kept and most of the people who live here are friendly and courteous. I can feel safe going to my car or to take out the garbage in the evening. CIS Security are often seen just driving through making sure everything is ok. The staff seem friendly are are quick to get the maintenance guys on any problems that may arise. The only complaint that I have is that my upstairs neighbor has young children and they are very noisy banging things around up there and screaming and playing music. I have reported this to management plenty times as well as called CIS but nothing has come from my complaints. I would expect more from a River Park complex that I pay rent every month on time to but this is what I get. I have two jobs and am quite tired when I get in and the noise drives me nuts. What's more crazy is that the cpmplex here makes you sign a notice when you move in binding you to keeping the noise down especially after 10pm. I guess that's just formality.
