CRIME IS VERY HIGH. APARTMENTS IN BACK OF COMPLEX CONSTANTLY BURGLARIZED. AUTO THEFT AND VANDALISM IS ALWAYS HAPPENING. SECURITY IS VERY WEAK. MANAGERS PLEAD IGNORANCE ON ALL ISSUES.
