When we first moved in we were so excited because of the size of the living area and the bay windows. Well...the excitement quickly turned into anger. After about 2 weeks of living there our disposal broke...and it took over a month to get someone to fix it. The sprinklers were always broken and sprayed evry which way, there was no parking...for tenants or guests...my sister's car got towed the night before my wedding. Also they decided to repaint the place and not tell anyone. They started working on it as early as possible, they used pressure washers to remove the current paint, which made a huge mess! The paint got everywhere, the water came into the apt, and they ruined our bbq, patio furniture, and a stereo hutch that was on the patio...and did not pay for it. after they removed the paint they painted over the rotten wood that had mold.
On top of that the bathroom should be called a porta-potty, the bedroom door got stuck so you couldn't close it or you would get locked it, there was a vent that you could not close that came directly into the apartment from outside so it was very cold in the winter, you could smell what the neighbor was cooking better then what you were, you here constant sirens(not the apts fault, 2 hospitals were very close...hey that is a plus!) and even if you weigh a 100lbs the apartment will shake when you walk!
As a plus...the bedroom is huge and the windows are pretty...but don't seal shut. I do not recommend this place and am very glad we got out!

This is true in every way. I a moving as soon as my lease is up.
