To be honestly, it is a good complex From: -Anonymous- Date posted: 5/14/2006 Years at this apartment: 2004 - 2006   I've been living here since 2004, generally speaking it's a good complex. However, it does have some cons and pros. Cons: every wednesday morning, there will be some worker to do cutting grass that kinda of nosiy work. It's really annoying,and disturb our sleep.but only once a week. It's also kinda difficult to find a parking if u come home late.However, if you have ur own assigned parkling spot should be no worry at all. Pros: The office hours are really good open 7 days a week. and the maintenance people is really helpful. It's a pretty quite and nice, clean place, and the locations is really convient,close to high way 41 and close to river park and also two major hospitals.
