rude and cut me off!

i called to be a potential tennant and the assistent manager is a jerk! he cut me off every time i went to ask a question and was very short and wanted to get off the phone with me as soon as possible.

the frist impression is the only one someone gets and that just made my decision about renting from this partment very slim!
