Pro: This apartment looks very good from the outside, the scenery is interesting and the fountains are nice. The layout of my 2bed 1bath is very good, the rooms are big and spacious.
Con: There is very little cupboard space, hardly enough just for tableware. My second floor apartment had an un-even floor in the living room. The other tenants are extremely loud and obnoxious. It was common for people to come in and out of the complex at 2 AM on their ridiculously loud motorcycles. Friday and Saturday nights result in young (possibly intoxicated) women yelling and screaming across the parking lots. You only get one remote for opening the gate to get into the complex, but that doesn't really matter because they rarely close the gates, and when the gates ARE closed there is a guy sitting there opening the gates for the people coming in.
Comments: This complex is in a very good location and is pretty good for 2 or 3 roomates, I would not bring a family here though.

The kitchen is extremely small. I think the rent is too high for what you get, there are too many cars and trucks that park along the red zones making it hard for a person to back in and out of there garages, the front of the complex is better maintained that the back of the complex, Animal owners don't know how to pick-up there animals poop! I hate all those ducks, and the murky green pond water.
