Years at this apartment: 2003 - 2006
Since they have started the renovations, it has been absolutely awful. Construction personel everywhere. The entire complex now shares only one pool. The "repaved" road is now worse then before. Between trailers, tractors, sand and now wood, parking is horrible. The apartments are poorly insulated with single pane windows, and from what I gather none of the "updated" condo's are receiving any further insulation or new windows. The management has failed to keep any body up on when maintenance is going to be performed. I wonder how the owners are going to be treated by this group after spending at least 180,000 dollars.
