We've been here almost a year now and are currently looking for another place. Since living in this apartment we have had flies, ants, snails and frogs invade our place. Our cupboards constantly fall off as well as the closet doors, and our a/c hasn't worked for weeks! The management is very nice, but too preoccupied with selling the condos next door, they've forgotten about this complex. They are extremely hard to get a hold of. You have to physically go to the office if you want to talk to anybody. You only have one parking space per apartment which is fine, but often other people park in your space. There are shopping carts left everywhere. Garbage isn't always picked up on time. And to top this all off, there is a registered sex offender that lives in the complex. Scarey. Especially since we live right across the street from Kastner and Lincoln Elementary. You are much better off spending a few hundred more and getting a house in the same area. That's what we are doing!
