This apartment complex tries to pass itself off as an upscale complex and falls very short of the mark. There is frequently garbage spilling out into the parking lot from the dumpsters since they don't empty them frequently enough. There is one laundry room for the entire complex with 3 washers and 3 dryers. Maintenance is very slow, it took over 5 days to have my AC fixed. Part of the equipment in the fitness room doesn't work. My assigned parking spot is so far away from my apartment it's crazy. Buildings, fences etc all seem to be in very poor repair. Oh, and if you look at this apartment on rent.com don't trust the pictures. Those are from the newly remodled condos next door that are owned by the same company.
