Run of the mill older construction apartments. Before the market went south they attempted a half-hearted renovation combined with going condo. Most renters were forced out with huge rent increases, now the place has the feel of a ghost town.

The owners are money grubbers, even for this business, and they are fairly indifferent to the comfort and enjoyment of their residents. Repairs are sloppy.

Watch out for mold - most of the apartments have it.
