This was the worst place I have ever lived in. Property owners DO NOT maintain the buildings. My bathroom ceiling caved in during the rainy season and rain water dripped in through the gaping hole for 2 days before anyone could come and fix it. Their emergency weekend repairs guys (all 2 of them) were both conveniently out of town that weekend. Rain water damaged the carpet all along the inner wall across the dining, kitchen, bathroom, and bedroom. The driveways are pothole city - will probably ruin your shocks. The office people are only in the office on the 1st to collect rent, and after that, it is IMPOSSIBLE to contact them for anything! We broke our lease (and we never do that) we hated it so much there! They are scam artists! Con-people! The apt we were originally supposed to move into was flooded, so there's a sign that these apts are maintained just enough to fool you into signing a lease. Now they are trying to get me to pay for all the damages! They say that WE caused the apt to be "unliveable." The amount they are demanding from us is just under what we could take them to small claims court for, and it just really isn't worth the trouble. I guess that is part of their scam as well. Other tenants regularly ditch this place. Took me 2 weeks of harassing them over the phone just to get them to answer my questions about the charges. They have come up with a barrage of excuses for the charges. They have to "get back to me" about another outrageous charge, but they probably won't, so there's another 2 weeks of trying to track them down to answer another simple question. I REPEAT: DO NOT LIVE HERE!
