Emergency call is a joke.

Years at this apartment: 2008 - 2008
 
I had an AC broke down and called the emergency. The lady told me they called the emergency guy but couldn't find him!'' I called them all night and they didn't know where this guy is. He never answered the phone! WTF emergency is this' If you want to live here, you'd better pray.
