Terrible phone presence and management

I was looking to move here in the coming months, but after speaking to their management or who ever works in the office, I have opted to cross them off my list with a HUGE X! They were rude and had terrible phone etiquette. Thank goodness I didn't bother to drive down there to check it out! First impressions matter, don't live there unless you want to deal with someone who doesn't care about you or your needs as a tenant.
