At first glace it looks nicer than any other student housing facility near Fresno State but you are SO WRONG. Cars get stolen, rooms get broken into and some of the people who live here are pretty scary. Your charged an arm and a leg for rent and then charged another $30 a month for parking which is LIMITED to begin with.

The service down stairs is horrible they will tell you one thing and do another. People vandalize everything in the entire place and not to mention the fire alarm goes off at least once a week.

I highly highly recommend you stay FAR FAR away from this place you'll end up wasting a TON of money on a lousy living arrangments.
