there has been mold in my place for the last 2 weeks

Years at this apartment: 2006 - 2007
I called about 2 weeks ago and complain about mold building in my apartment. There was a leak from upstairs. They have not come a cleaned it yet. I have not been living in the apt for the last week and a half... because the mold has make me sick. Tamara, is very rude and she didn't want to get someone to clean up the mold. It was not even from me, it was from the people upstairs. the Mold got all over some of my clothes shoes and other belongings. They said they will get someone to clean it up as soon as possible. and I checked on the place this morning and the mold is still there... This place is just horrible...
