For $375, I get free cable, internet, gym access, and a fully furnished apartment. When you first move here, it can be quite a shock, there are usually parties, but if you nag security enough, they will take care of it. In the winter and spring it's not so bad, in the summer is when all hell breaks loose. The place gets really trashy during July and August; probably because school is out. You don't get to choose your roommmates which is a bad thing. One of my roommates smokes indoors constanlty even though our apartment is no smoking, but it's not that bad.
