Was not a fun time. There were parties all the time, could hear everything, never got any sleep there. People below us had a huge bass going at all hours that vibrated the floors and walls, problem was never taken care of, even after numerous complaints. People threw cigarettes and spit off the balcony at night and it would end up all over my car, bums were always in the trash can. Management was very forgetful with, well most things.

that not even right every time i had noise complains security would take care of it. i noticed that the only people who complain are the people who are drama in life
