i moved in here last year as a first time student and first thought the place was great!! then after three months of being here they ask you to renew your lease or they will raise your rent about $30 a month next year. so i thought ya why not i like it here and it is in an ideal location..then it started getting worse.. i have never seen so many cars broken into (at least 10 i know of) including 4 of my friends. the stairways are always trashy, people extremely rude and loud.. Managers have no experience and could care less about you and maintenance suck!!! now i am trying to get out of my lease for next year, and i have to find someone new and pay 200 dollars...well you know why because no one is renewing...the head manager said so herself...so please reconsider this place, i know it's a great looking area but the crime is very high and there are better places out there. i have not been satisfied at all, parking is the WORST...plus you live with big roaches!! ekkk

I agree w/ the lease re-new problems...I lived at J.C for 1 year & they ask you to re-new your lease VERY frequently, so your rent increases. It was a nightmare to find someone to take over my lease.I didnt have a single roach though...
