Lake Ridge Apartments

NOT WORTH IT From: -Anonymous- Date posted: 9/4/2003 Years at this apartment: 2000 - 2002   These apts are overpriced and the management staff never want to get involved--whether it is a broken item, a noisy neighbor or someone parking in your assigned parking spot. They claim they have security. Yeah, one guy who shows up at 10 pm to lock the gym and then drives by at about 12:00. Several cars stolen from parking lot. A lot of students from the nearby flightschool having parties. Even throwing a TV out the window!! Apts are poorly designed and unbearably hot in summer--esp because the management cut all the shade trees down. Also jacuzzi filthy and not heated, despite managements claims otherwise. Flying golf balls hit your apt almost everyday. Broke my car's windshield even though in the carport. Tamara the mgr is ineffective at best. Overpriced and poorly run. I only stayed there becauser it was very close to the airport where I worked.
