The rent is constanly goin up here. It seems like every other month I am pulling the notice off my door that says they are increasing the rent again. Everything here is shody. The showers are gross, you can't use the fireplace, if you can even call it a fireplace. The dishwasher is so loud that you need earplugs to to bear it.

If you have any neighbors around you that smoke, you can expect it to come in through all your vents. There are times it just makes me sick. The noise level here is ok. I live on the 11th hole of the golf course and I am constanly having balls land on my balcony. I can look out my window and see balls all aver the roof of the carport. Outside my place is also a huge palmtree. If you have ever been around palmtrees, you will know that they shed. The stuff from this tree ends up everywere, including the stairs and walkways. At night I have slipped on the stuff. Overall, this place is a pile of junk.
