I have been here for 4 years now,and I must say the last couple of months it has gone down hill somewhat.People that sould be living at Tulare/Maple have been showing up more often.I've had to call security on my "NEW" neighbors for running around drunk and nude outside,throwing beer bottles off the balcony and landing on my patio,blasting music so loud that my family and I were forced to leave @ 6:30 pm because we could not even hear our TV or eatch other just to come back @ 9:30 pm to find the music plus about 10 guys hanging off the balcony yelling profanities at my grandson,his mom and my son.I have heard other stories from other people in the complex about the type of people that have moved in recently.The rent has gone up quite often and I have started looking around for a better bang for my buck
