awful From: -Anonymous- Date posted: 8/2/2006 Years at this apartment: 2006 - 2006   we have had problems for a while now and we have only lived there for 6 months. there is NEVER any parking (out side of your assigned parking) that is anywhere near your apartment. we had a car towed and when we called to find out where the car was, we didnt know if it had been stolen or not, we called to office (after hours) and left a message. we never got a call back about our car and then our other car that was parked in the assigned parking was tagged for no reason at all and when we called about it to see why it had a notice to be moved within so many days, because we didnt want it to be towed (again), they said "oh we dont tow cars here" which is a lie because they did it to us once before. they go around putting signs on the doors so they can come in and check the appliances and so on, my husband stayed home from work the day we were scheduled for our inspection and they never showed up. when we called to find out when they were going to come by (it was supposed to be between 9am and 5pm) they said that they desided not to do the inspection after all that day. they didnt bother to inform us a head of time so he didnt have to stay home from work they just didnt show up. one of the managers when we moved in had 2 dogs in their apartment (she told me and my husband when we were getting our keys) and the renters can only have one! what is that'! they are rude and not worth your time. o and they run the sprinklers 24/7, no joke, beware that you will have the bottom of your pants wet, never wear anything but tennis shoes because your feet will be wet. because of this there is algie growing on the sement and the grass is dead.
